Zhihua Hu is the first-level talent of "Pearl Scholars Plan" of Huanggang Normal University, master tutor, CPC member, president of Computer School of Huanggang Normal University. He is the Member of Chinese Computer Federation, Member of Uncertain System Chapter of Operations Research Society of China, Member of Hubei Computer Education Association, Member of Hubei Operations Research Society, deputy secretary general of Huanggang Computer Society, and reviewer for Journal of Wuhan University. He has guided students to the first and second prizes in Mathematical Contest in Modeling and Software Design Competition for many times. He has participated in National Natural Science Foundation Project, National Social Science Foundation Project and 863 project. He has presided over 3 Natural Science Foundation Projects of Hubei Province, 2 key projects of Education Department, etc. He has published more than 50 papers, including 20 SCI and EI indexed papers, 2 CSSCI papers and 20 Chinese core papers. He has won the third prize of Excellent Scientific Research Achievement of Hubei Province once, the third prize of Excellent Scientific Research Achievement of Huanggang twice, and the third prize of university-level excellent scientific research achievement twice. He has been awarded the top ten researchers with outstanding contributions in Huanggang Normal University.

Published more than 350 Research Papers in various National & International Conferences, International Journals (Scopus/SCI/SCIE/SSCI Indexed) with High Impact Factor. Member of more than 50+ Associations as Senior and Life Member and also acting as ACM Distinguished Speaker. He has authored/co-authored cum Edited 25+ Books of Computer Science. Prof. (Dr.) Debnath Bhattacharyya is associated as the Professor with Computer Science and Engineering Department, K.L. University, Andhra Pradesh, India. Dr. Bhattacharyya is presently an Invited International Professor of Lincolon University College, KL, Malaysia. He is also working as a Visiting Professor, MPCTM, Gwalior India, in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. He is the former Foreign Professor, Department of Multimedia Engineering, Hannam University, South Korea. Dr. Bhattacharyya received his Ph.D. (Tech., Computer Science and Engineering) from the University of Calcutta, Kolkata. He received his M.Tech (Computer Science and Engineering) from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata, India.
Dr. Bhattacharyya is the Member of ACM, ACM SIGKDD, IEEE, Life Member of CSI, India, Senior Member of IACSIT, Singapore and Senior Member of IAENG, Hong Kong. He is the Editor of Many International Journals (indexed by Scopus, SCI, and Web of Science). He visited various Foreign Countries for presenting lectures, address/working as International Professor in Universities. He Published 195 Scopus and 133 Web of Science Papers. Tuan D. Pham

Tuan Pham received a Ph.D. degree in 1995 with a thesis on the application of fuzzy logic to numerical analysis of engineering problems from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. The work of his PhD thesis known as fuzzy finite element analysis contributed to establishing a new direction of research in computational science and engineering. Dr. Pham is appointed as Senior Research Professor and Director of the Center for Artificial Intelligence at Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University, Al Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He was a Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Linköping University, Sweden, and held other previous positions as Professor and the Leader of the Aizu Research Cluster for Medical Engineering and Informatics, Head of the Medical Image Processing Laboratory at the University of Aizu, Japan; and the Bioinformatics Research Group Leader, the School of Engineering and Information Technology, the University of New South Wales, Australia. His teaching and research span across several disciplines of computer science and engineering.
He serves as Section Editor and Associate Editor of several international journals, conference chair, keynote speaker, and invited speaker. Dr. Pham has been internationally recognized by his peers as a highly prolific scientist, publishing extensively as the lead author on various topics in books, journals, and conference proceedings. Most recently Dr. Pham has originally introduced the concepts of fuzzy recurrence plots and networks for nonlinear data analysis and scalable deep learning of time series.  Dr. Pham has been selected as an Expert in Artificial Intelligence by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) Network of Digital Health Experts Program (NoDEx).
Sos S. Agaian

Dr. Sos S. Agaian is a Distinguished Professor of Computer Science at the Graduate Center/CSI, CUNY, and a professor at the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences UTHSCSAD. Agaian was a Peter T. Flawn Professor at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) and a Professor at Tufts University. Agaian received the M.S. degree (summa cum laude) in mathematics and mechanics from Yerevan University, Armenia, the Ph.D. degree in math and physics from the Steklov Institute of Mathematics, Russian Academy of Sciences, and the Doctor of Engineering Sciences degree from the Institute of the Control System, Russian Academy of Sciences. He has made seminal innovations to artificial intelligence, bioinspired computational vision, multimedia processing, multimodal imaging systems, cancer screening, and information security systems. His research sponsors include DARPA, NSF, AFRL, U.S. Department of Transportation, U.S. Department of Energy, NIJ, and private industry. He has published 750 articles, 10-books, 19 book chapters and serves on the editorial board for 14-journals (including IEEE Transaction of Image Processing, IEEE Transaction of Cybernetics. IEEE Systems). Dr. Sos S. Agaian also gave more than 15 plenary/keynote speeches and 50+ Invited talks. He is among a class of individuals who can solve, implement, and commercialize. He holds 56 patents/disclosures. The technologies he invented have been adopted across multiple disciplines, and five of them commercialized by the industry.

Hoshang Kolivand is a Reader in Intelligent Mixed Reality at the School of Computer Science and Maths, Liverpool John Moores University, UK. He is also a Visiting Professor at Baharath University, India and Visiting Fellow at Staffordshire University, UK. He received his MSc degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Amirkabir University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, and his PhD from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in 2013. His background is in 3D math & Computer Graphics in particular Augmented and Virtual Reality. Over 150 international publications in the area of 3D visualization, immersive technology & human Computer Interaction. A global leader in this field, invited to address the current & future advances of immersive technology in several high-ranked international events.
